How delivery works
- Get your price. We confirm the model, delivered price and delivery window.
- Freight booking. The carrier calls ahead to set a time.
- Curbside drop. Most saunas arrive on a pallet at the curb or driveway. Plan two or three helpers or a dolly.
- Build day. Most kits go up in a weekend. We can point you to local installers.
Winter delivery
Freight runs all year. Before delivery day, clear the driveway and a path to the install spot, and have a dry place for the boxes. Building on a frozen base is fine if it was levelled and compacted before freeze-up.
